Cale terminal controls access to
guest harbour services

Stavanger Havnevesen, a harbour authority in the Norwegian city of Stavanger, needed a payment and access solution that could prevent shower, toilet and washing rooms facilities in the new Stavanger Guest Harbour from being a target for vandalism.

Cale AS offered a solution where visitors have to pay with a credit card at a wall mounted MP 104 Compact terminal to access the facilities.

Paying with a credit card is a reliable, easy and almost maintenance free solution which also can be used by foreign visitors who may not have Norwegian coins to hand. As the terminal does not store any coins, the risk of break-in is minimal.
